How would one choose a modality to practice?
How is Chi Gong different from Yoga?
...just like there are different types of dance - flamenco, salsa, waltz, disco,
modern dance. They are all dance. The same is with Yoga, Chi Gong and tai-chi in that the essence of the movement and the chi,
the prana, the life-force is flowing, but it will look different from the outside.
